Through the childhood experience of Bobby, the reader not only learns the tenderness of pet-caring but also learns many reading skills in a very pleasant way! This Storybook will be comfortable in pre-K schools, private/public schools, learning centers, hospitals, libraries, in offices of doctors and dentists, and lastly and most importantly, in the child's own home library! The Storybook applies/appeals to children of all ages.

This Storybook was read to Mr. Weeman (Bobby) by his granddaughters, Jessica and Jennifer, as he was dying, to be sure all facts were correct and for him to know this would be a TRIBUTE TO HIM!

At the bottom of each page in the Reading Skills Booklet the reading skill is identified. Thus, an inventory of the weaknesses and/or strengths can be noted for the child. In this way, activities can be planned to meet the needs of each child in a meaningful way by using this one Reading Skills Booklet.
